Artwork Submission Guidelines

PLEASE SEND DIGITAL FILES AT YOUR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE

(Include a hard copy printout of your digital art or a jpeg of your email file for reference.)

• Corel Draw (.cdr) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files (vector artwork) preferred, EPS files and PDF files may be acceptable.

• All fonts converted to paths (outlines). Fonts sent in will not be retained.
  Non-converted fonts will be substituted with fonts on hand that most closely resemble the requested font.

• Artwork, Please utilize spot colors, not CMYK colors.

• All placed (imported) images: Please include elements separately so that we may edit as needed.

Acceptable File Formats:

• Adobe Photoshop (please leave in layers if the file was created with them)

• Adobe Illustrator

• PDF – convert fonts to curves.

• Corel Draw

• EPS

GIF, JPEG and BMP files are not acceptable formats to be used when printing graphics.

They are useful when emailed in as a reference for quoting or to insure elements

do not drop out of your art.

Please refrain from using the following types of art files:

• Jpeg low resolution files are not acceptable for photographic reproduction work.

• Microsoft Word files

• Microsoft Powerpoint files
